Dear all,

After eleven years, I've decided to take a break from writing a regular column. Feeling a bit stale.

I can't thank you - and Newsday - enough for the privilege of being able to share some thoughts during that time. It's meant the world to me.

I'll leave this page open in case inspiration reemerges, but this is the right decision for now.
